Product Details
High-precision Full-domain Measurement for Cable Multi-state Perception
It enables real-time monitoring of cable temperature, partial discharge, breakage and ambient vibration. Monitoring points are deployed at meter-level intervals to achieve full-domain, all-round precise perception without blind spots.
AI intelligent analysis • Early notification of risks and hidden dangers
Based on the cable state large model, intelligently analyze massive data, accurately identify potential faults, and push early warning notifications in advance.
Meter-level Positioning, Second-level ResponseRapid Fault Location & Instant Early Warning Notification
It achieves meter-level accurate fault positioning, links with 3D GIS map navigation, and pushes early warning notifications in real time, facilitating ultra-fast maintenance.
Clear monitoring data visualization with 3D GIS
Integrating 3D GIS and data visualization to intuitively present full dimensional cable monitoring data; operation and maintenance status is clear at a glance.
Lightning proof & anti interference • Stable and reliable for 30 years
Intrinsically safe design, strong lightning protection and anti interference, equipment life up to 30 years, stable and reliable operation throughout the life cycle.
The intelligent early warning cable can monitor real-time operating parameters related to cable safety, including operating temperature, strain, partial discharge, and perimeter intrusion.
This product features high monitoring accuracy, intrinsic safety, electromagnetic interference resistance, and lightning protection, making it particularly suitable for applications in electric power, pipeline inspection, urban utility tunnels, metallurgy, warehousing, military industry and other fields.
The intelligent early warning cable system consists of the cable body, demodulation host, and visual monitoring platform software. It is equipped with communication interfaces for third-party systems and supports connection to the IoT cloud platform.
The demodulation host enables real-time perception and data demodulation of the cable’s temperature, vibration signals, and strain conditions.
When anomalies are detected in vibration signals or strain data, the system can accurately locate the event position and issue an early warning signal within 3 seconds, automatically sending an early warning SMS to managers.
The monitoring software is a cross-platform, independently controllable multi-dimensional configuration monitoring system. It supports comprehensive intelligent monitoring through multiple channels: local monitoring center, IoT platform, Web client, and mobile App.
It provides functions such as monitoring, analysis, calculation, graphical display, and alarm for various data including cable temperature, strain, and vibration.
Through the optical fiber inside the cable, real-time detection of environmental disturbances around the cable is performed. When construction machinery or drilling activities occur near the cable, vibration signals transmitted through the soil layer will be sensed by the sensing optical fiber. Through signal identification and analysis, the system can issue a timely alarm and achieve accurate positioning at the moment vibration occurs.
Distributed Temperature Measurement Technology
When a fault occurs on the cable, the fault point will rapidly develop into a high-temperature point, causing changes in the ambient temperature. The temperature-measuring optical fiber can promptly detect temperature rises and gradient changes, which will be displayed on the temperature distribution curve. Through an intelligent alarm algorithm, the system analyzes and extracts the location of abnormal points and temperature deviations to realize the alarm function.
Based on the Brillouin scattering principle, the optical fiber inside the cable detects in real time the strain effects on the sensing optical fiber caused by stratum subsidence and displacement near the cable. Through analysis and judgment of characteristic events, the intensity and location of disturbance signals are determined.
Differences Between Intelligent Early Warning Cables and Heat-Sensing CablesThere are significant differences between the two in technical principles, performance indicators and application effects. The core differences are analyzed in a comparative form as follows.
| Comparison Criteria | Traditional temperature-sensing cables | Smart Early-Warning Cable |
| Monitoring Principle | Rely on discrete electronic sensors (such as thermocouples) and are susceptible to electromagnetic interference | Utilizes the physical properties of optical fiber for insulation and interference resistance |
| Accuracy and Error | Surface monitoring results in significant errors and poor consistency | Internal cable monitoring ensures high accuracy |
| Coverage | Discrete point monitoring results in incomplete coverage (detection failure rate of 30%+) | Full-length distributed continuous monitoring (meter-level resolution) with no blind spots |
| Interference Resistance | High failure rate in high-voltage environments | Optical fiber insulation ensures stable operation in 500 kV environments |
